Cleaner Environment

Representative Garofalo voted for Minnesota's nation leading renewable energy bill. Under this legislation, 25% of Minnesota's energy will come from renewable sources by 2025. Equally important is that there are protections within this bill to insure ratepayers are protected from higher electric bills. This legislation will mean more jobs and a cleaner environment for Minnesota. Representative Garofalo is proud to have worked with Republicans, Democrats, and Governor Pawlenty on this legislation.
